Before joining Equity Wealth Partners as a financial advisor, Jeff served as an elementary school principal for 17 years in the Independence School District and, prior to that, spent a decade in the classroom and educational leadership. His background reflects a lifelong dedication to teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.

Throughout his career in education, Jeff often guided colleagues through the complexities of the Missouri Public School Retirement System (PSRS), leading workshops and one-on-one discussions to help them plan effectively for retirement. That same commitment to clarity and education now benefits his clients as they navigate their own financial journeys.

Jeff holds degrees from the University of Missouri and the University of Kansas. He lives in Independence, Missouri, with his wife, Cara, and their two sons, Jacob and Daniel. As a family, they enjoy traveling, camping, and spending time outdoors—especially deer, turkey, and duck hunting. Jeff is also active in ministry at his church and regularly serves at youth camps.
